Oh my, it's been a while!

Not that we have been sitting on our laurels, no sir, hardy work 'twas what we were doing! We had a nice little promotional drawing session over by there at the BLICKS and it was great to see our regulars and welcome some new faces into the guild. Courtney, in standard fashion, wowed all. We are back in full gear starting March 3rd and methinks all steppin' through that threshold shall be tickled green. We are kicking it back on with the special two-model pose we had originally planned last year, so as Scar bellows in the Lion King: BE PREPARED!

Well, what can I say? Lindsey as Mrs. Naughty Claus. What I nice way to end the year. We will break until March when Paupers Art Guild will transition into a stunning and brave new direction! We hope your Holidays are merry and bright and filled with all sorts of gaiety and cheer.

Lemonade?

Let us pretend that we are in the drawing room and the hostess is serving tea. Now many numerous little questions confront us. Should the man rise when he accepts his cup of tea? May lump sugar be taken with the fingers? No. Is it good form to accept a second cup? Should the napkin be entirely unfolded or should the center crease be allowed to remain? It is so easy to commit embarrassing blunders, but etiquette tells us just what is expected of us and guards us from all humiliation and discomfort.

The incomprehensibly intense and ingenuity imbued impresario of image making, Doug Hanson, once again wowed the crowd with his kick ass tintype photos. Be on the lookout for a special workshop at Paupers Art Guild led by aforementioned lion of lenscraft (and I don't mean the eyeglasses emporium either!)
