Lights not turning on, locked doors swinging randomly open, brand new pencils disappearing, toilets overflowin' . . .must be a certain trickster god around. . .ah yes 'twas good ole' Loki turning on ALL the deviousness! Jamie's costume and poses were spot on today as we brought forth from the pages of Thor the trouble making Loki. Was a fun time and we look forward to the multiple variations in the future! Next Sunday, August 3rd, we will be letting the Super Heroes take a short break as Carly will take a turn as a classic Pin-up girl from the 40's-50's.

He doesn't pose for art. . .art poses for him. When models book for a gig and then don't show, he doesn't leave 11 artists dangling, but drops trousers and lets himself dangle. Why? Because he IS the Most Interesting Man in the World! He might not always drink beer, but when he does, he chooses Dos XX, or PBR, or Harps, or Daisy Cutter, or Fat Tire, or Pilsner Urquell, or Stella, or Red Star, or Heineken, or etc. . . Paupers Art Guild welcomed new member Steven tonight and sincerely thanks member Brain Busch for saving the day.

Risque Rene - the Dame of Deutschland

We were wowed by wickedly wonderful poses by our spectacularly saucy wench, Rene, posing as the Renaissance Maiden Fair! Very fun time and especially awesome with Germany winning the Cup! This Thursday is Sara Alexandra for a single nude long pose and next Sunday, July 20 will be a Super Hero Sunday full of mischief, deceit, destruction and overall mayhem as Paupers Art Guild gets invaded by LOKI ! ! ! We welcomed new members Priya and Murari on the second night of our two session pose with Dan, who held his pose PERFECTLY. Next up is Rene on Sunday July 13th as the Renaissance Maiden Fair followed by Sara Alexandra on Thursday July 17th. Come git yer art on!

Black is such a happy color

Cara Mia! We were mesmerized by the lovely Morticia Addams making our Super Hero Sunday feel just like Halloween! Janet was remarkable as the Addams family matriarch and even posed as John Singer Sargent's Madame X. All that was missing was a disembodied hand. We will be revisiting this costume in October. This Thursday we finish the 2nd session with Dan and next Sunday Rene joins us again as a Renaissance Maiden Fair.

The Good, the Bad and the Django

We welcomed new Guild member Scott as he joined us for a Spaghetti Western themed Super Hero Sunday with Dalawn was the Man with no name called Django!  Even the soundtracks of those era films were playin' on the thingamajig puttin' everybody in the mood to . . . .DRAW! I reckon y'all come down next week Sunday, July 6th, to have a good 'ole time as we present the dashing lady of darkness: Morticia Addams!
