Sometimes I'm just a big ole Boron.

I mean how was I to know that the Fifth Element is actually Courtneybium? As always, she rocked the house and now has a mini-her to take along and show off! With a full house today, we welcomed new guild member Alan as we signed off our Super Hero Saturday sessions for the summer, but are eagerly looking forward to some incredible costumed poses from our amazing cadre of models starting in September. We still have 5 more Thursday night sessions, so come on down and draw and paint as if there is no tomorrow!

New member Gianluca joined us yesterday for a typical Paupers conversation; one that tackled subjects as broad as flatulence, sugar babies, NPR, traffic and leaded gasoline. That being said, Courtney absolutely mesmerized us all again as her Steamgirl persona Alexandria. Seriously folks, she is an amazing model. She makes everyone draw better. Kudos to Lisa, Paul, Andy and Priya for really pushing their work!

There's this AWESOME new Thai Restaurant. . .the name elludes me . . .

We welcomed new guild members Jessica & Chris last night as we hosted our first out of town visiting artist Brent, who brought Doughnuts! Courtney is just an absolute blast to draw & paint and we  are looking forward to the 4 week pose we will do with her in July. This Saturday will see Courtney again in full Steampunk attire and next Thursday, methinks Jerry shall be thinkin' (for the third time in 5 years!)

Paupers Art Guild's first award goes to:

THE WORLD'S GREATEST MODEL (2015)!!! Camille swiftly made our artistic hearts swoon today as she captivated us with her incredible Catwoman poses! Everybody's A game was on and we had such a great time drawing there was HARDLY any conversations. We did learn a great deal about contemporary circus and stuff though.
