Great session last night with the incomparable Lindsey in her Water Nymph costume posing as John Singer Sargent's Mistress X. Just don't try to make her laugh or she WILL shank you. I swear. Shank. Right in the gullet. With a smile. Seriously, when Lindsey poses, everybody turns in their A game. The work all around is fantastic!

The human statue returns!

Ken, once again upped, upped his own ante! Man, we didn't even USE the timer, he just sat till he got tired, I think that we only took like 1 minuscule break! Makes a HUGE difference when you get so much uninterrupted drawing time! Great work all around.

We welcomed new Guild member Leonard as we drew the lovely Brittany who covered last minute for Amanda, while listening to B.B. King's live at Cook County album. Man, the Blues just give you so much energy! Got Ken lined up next.

A Very Verdant April!

We celebrated April Fools Day in high form with Carmella in her Perfect Peridot Posturing! Fun times will undoubtedly continue in 2 weeks as she returns in her updated Link outfit from Legend of Zelda! It will be a Breath of fresh air and the drawing will be Wild! Great things coming down the Paupers pipeline real soon! Workshop dates for silverpoint and papermaking as well as the Paupers Art Guild March for Art to take place on FLAG DAY! Keep your eyes peeled!
