As well as the cracked heads! Seriously, we might have to institute a warning klaxon to make sure we can clear some headroom and not knock nobody's noggin never! Full house on Thursday as we welcomed new guild members Shannon (soon to be medical illustrator) and Elaina (who will be our Harley Quinn for Super Hero Saturday soon!). Special thanks to Virgil who held his standing pose perfectly.

The train of thought switches tracks ever so often.

Enough times apparently to make the model laugh at the absurdity of it all! Though, truth be told, it is a well known fact that SOME individuals in our merry menagerie do tend to speak in solely non sequitur terms. Great comic strip and all, but it ain't no Far Side. Over the summer break we collaborated with Kimberley, a German-Australian artist and model (and soon to be social media billionaire genius), for a figure painting session primarily focused on erotic poses. Kimberly's accent won us over, especially the term "drawrings," and her poses were no more daring than her SOLO sojourn to photograph decaying downtown Detroit! The session was fun and the finished work was great. Looking forward to her return to the Midwest in the future!
